Healing is my dharma.

My application and intention dives deeper than just the muscular and skeletal restoration of the physical limitations which we find through our day-to-day lives, affecting our quality of life; it is my belief these manifestations of limitation begin in our mind. Through our emotions, our traumas and our mental state, chronic or acute, they wax into physical signs of distress in our temple. I am here to be a part of the awareness of summation healing, helping you navigate through these restrictions; not only physical but emotional and mental, while moving energy during your bodywork session.

My application in massage and awareness of the body integrates the 8 limbs of yoga

8 LIMBS MASSAGE & ENERGY THERAPY

Yama - attitude toward our environment

Niyama - attitude toward ourselves

Asana - physical postures

Pranayama - restraint or expansion of the breath

Pratyahara - withdrawal of the senses and turning inward

Dharana - concentration

Dhyana - meditation

Samadhi - peace and bliss

Sessions include an array of tools depending on your own needs, from deep tissue, effleurage, cupping, chakra balancing, sound bowl therapy, crystals, breath work, aromatherapy, and energetic transfer and release. My application focuses on combination modalities with sustained strong pressure and traction, utilizing acupressure points with flow to release tension and stress stored in the mind body temple.
