My approach and intention goes beyond the muscular and skeletal restoration of physical limitations that arise from our day-to-day lives and impact our quality of life.  I believe these manifestations of limitation often begin in our mind. Through our emotions, our traumas and our mental state - whether chronic or acute - they manifest as physical signs of distress in our temple. I am here to contribute to the awareness of holistic healing, helping you navigate and work through these restrictions - not only physical but also emotional and mental - while moving energy during your bodywork session.

Sessions include a variety of what I refer to as Dimensions of Flow. These stages include Maintenance, Modification, Targeted Restructure, and Intervention, and they deeply tie into our wellness and ability - or openness - to approach and embrace life as it is. The heavier our lives feel, the more bound up we become when we do not know how to properly engage with these walls, experiences, or changes we perceive are out of our control. I deeply understand life ebbs and flows with both positive and negative experience; yet even negative trials offer opportunity to teach us how to navigate similar experience without dulling our internal light.
